The Constitution of Metarussia

Metarussia solidified as a realm on February 24, 2022. It's a space of the metarussian language that transcends existing borders, states, and regimes, slowly shaping new principles of political organization. Metarussia functions as a collective entity that emerged from the remnants or fragments of pre-Metarussia. Its Constitution is not a “fundamental law,” but rather a “structure” (much like the “constitution of the human” or the “constitution of the body’s composition”). In Metarussia, there is no fundamental law, nor can there be one. The Constitution of Metarussia exists between utopia and hope, with the hope that this utopia might one day become a reality.
